Ocean Blue Toner

This refreshing toner is made with cooling hydrosols of spearmint, lemon thyme and palmarosa. As well there are soothing extracts of chamomile, seaweed and chickweed. I made this toner for the hot summertime months when our skin often needs more hydration.
